Plans, assigns, controls and directs the work of subordinate cooks and cashier-clerks. Also preforms a full range of cooking tasks by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing. May also prepare food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring or breading. Schedule and approves leave and develops performance standards for employees. Initiates recommendations for promotion, reassignments, interview and selects employees. Assigns works, and checks during progress and completion. Ensures employees observe safety and food handing rules and regualtions. Prepares all order entries and receiving reports. Establishes a monthly menu. Experience: Must have experience in supervising the work of subordinate employees in accomplishing cooking work gained in a grill, snack bar, restaurant, club or similar facility. Must have experience in and knowledge of methods and procedures relating to food and preparation and presentation. Knowledge of operating and cleaning food service equipment, characteristics of various foods and the ability to season food and decide when foods are done is required. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

  • Salary Range: $11.40 to $13.30 per hour

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
