Provides leadership in the implementation of marketing objectives to align with strategic organizational goals to expand physician referral sources, implementation of business strategies to successfully strengthen physician relationships and increase market share/physician referral base, promotion of educational initiatives to expand community awareness for Baptist Home Care & Hospice in designated geographic market(s) and overall management/retention of accounts. Works under the direction of Director, Sales and Marketing, Baptist Memorial Home Care Inc. and in close collaboration with associated leadership teams.
Required Education/Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience. Clinical and/or health care experience preferred. -OR- RN degree. 2 years clinical experience in home health and/or hospice preferred. Demonstrated organizational and project management skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with ability to design and/or present educational offerings promoting healthcare services and/or foster collaborative business relationships.
Current RN license if applicable.
Required Licensure: A valid driver's license and carries auto insurance that meets company requirements
Desired Qualifications : Experience in marketing or community relations for a home health or hospice agency with a proven track
record of success.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
