Box Office Cashier - They create a welcome environment for patronsSells tickets to movies and special events, provides movie and event information, enforces theatre admission policiesResponsible for security of cash and ticketsMaintains and cleans Box Office area.Duties:
1Cheerfully greets patrons.2Provides movie, special event, and general theatre information.3Accurately sells tickets, accept payments, and makes change.4Properly operates Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers.5Properly operates and effectively communicates on a two-way radio.6Follow MPA film rating guidelines when selling admission tickets.7Follows theatre policies for selling admission tickets.8Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.9Keeps box office area clean and stocked with supplies.10Watches for safety issues (trip hazards, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management.Concession Attendant - They serves prepackaged food and drink and maintains the concession area in a sanitary conditionDuties:
1Provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner2Serves food in proper pre-determined portion sizes3Maintains adequate food/supplies4Cleans concession, including serving area continually5Uses popper to prepare popcorn as needed and attend concession equipment6Cleans concession area before and after business hours7Maintains the appearance of all equipment and serving counters8Assures menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to satisfy volumes9Receives deliveries when assigned.10Performs other related duties as required.Usher / Doorman - They collects admission tickets, directs patrons to correct auditoriums, helps maintain clean facilities such as lobbies, hallways, auditoriums, and restroomsGreet patrons, assist patrons with general questions or refer the patron to a member of management for assistanceDuties:
1Provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner2Manage crowd control and assist patrons in finding seating when necessary.3Cleans and inspects auditoriums4Assist with patrons' special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs5Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.6Assist patrons with questions or complaints.7Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.8Performs other related duties as required.
