Room Attendant
The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping DepartmentRoom attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest roomsTeamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.oCleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures includingoClean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrivaloClean and maintain common areas of the hoteloPerform laundry duties as necessaryoStock and maintain housekeeping supply roomsoEnsure a high level of customer service is performed at all timesoAssist guests with requests and questions as necessaryoReport any damages or repairs needed to managementoReport all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
