SITE MANAGER
Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Team!! The Site Manager will oversee the Industrial Cleaning and Janitorial operations for a facility located in Columbus, MS.
The successful candidate will have documented success in managing and leading a workforce of more than 40 employees in a 24/7 operation.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to plan, schedule and strategize production cleaning, and the ability to solve problems and make timely and effective decisions that support the most positive customer experience.
It also requires the ability to source, recruit and retain a productive workforce.
Salary:
$62,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities:
o Ensure safety program implementation and complianceo Complete all online management and leadership training and developmento Recruit, hire, train and deploy a capable work forceo Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are meto Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediatelyo Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure all requirements and cleaning expectations are achieved consistentlyo Be able to adjust to changing customer's needso Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract
Qualifications:
o 2-3 years proven leadership and management successo Previous experience as an Industrial Cleaning Manager strongly desiredo Attention to detailo Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excelo Previous experience with electronic timekeeping desiredo The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervisiono Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and managemento Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skillso Must pass drug screen, background check and complete a short assessmentJob Type:
