Administrative Assistant

Duties/Responsibilities Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and teleconferences.
Organize, schedule, and resolve meeting conflicts.
Arrange for catering and meals for internal meetings.
Research and arrange travel.
Prepare expense reports.
Greet and host guests.
Staff the front desk greeting and logging-in guests and answer telephone calls.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Required Skills/Abilities Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated work experience within a similar role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
